Since 2019, the city park De Motten, near the city centre, has received a thorough makeover. The Jeker flows through the park again ever since and connects De Motten with the nature reserve De Kevie.
Splashing in the fountains
At the water experience square, children can have lots of fun in the water, with fountains and challenging stepping stones. The place to be for cooling down in summer.
Sport and play
In the sports and recreation park De Motten you can play football and basketball and go jogging. The skate park belongs to the top of Limburg. There is also a large playground for young and older children, a miniature golf course and a traffic park. Or take a spin on the pond in a pedalo or rowing boat.
