General Terms and Conditions:

  • The City Pass is strictly personal and non-transferable. One pass per person.
  • The pass is valid for 72 hours directly following your first visit. The City Pass cannot be extended. 
  • You can visit each attraction once using your City Pass.
  • Unused passes will not be refunded or exchanged. The pass is non-refundable in case of theft or loss.
  • Children and students already get discounts at most museums. So it may be more advantageous not to buy a City Pass for them.
  • Before your visit, check the info and opening hours on the museums’ websites.
  • Teseum: choose 2 of the 3 museum sections to visit. More info on accessibility at www.teseum.be. Reserve your tickets in advance to guarantee you have a spot.
  • Book your tickets for the Gallo-Roman Museum in advance via www.galloromeinsmuseum.be or at the info desk. When booking online, choose the City Pass option and show your City Pass and online ticket at the entrance.
  • Due to maintenance works, you may not be able to visit certain museum sections and sights. Check this in advance. This does not entitle you to a (partial) refund of the City Pass.
  • The City Pass cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Counterfeiting of the City Pass Tongeren is prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.
